Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) for Hosting, Servers, and Domain Services

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) governs the use of our Dedicated Server, VPS, SSL Certificates, Shared hosting, domain registration, Databases CMS, Desing, Email,, and related services for all domains, servers, and international clients. By using our services, you agree to comply with applicable international laws as well as the specific laws and regulations of Afghanistan, including those set by the Ministry of Information and Technology (MCIT) and the .AF NIC registry..

1. Prohibited Activities

You may not use our services to engage in any activity that is illegal, abusive, or harmful, including but not limited to:

       
• Hosting or distributing malicious software, viruses, or any form of malware.

       
• Spamming, phishing, or engaging in unsolicited email campaigns.

       
• Hosting content that promotes hate speech, harassment, or violence.

       
• Infringing on intellectual property rights or copyrights of others.

       
• Engaging in fraudulent activities, including scam websites or misleading content.

       
• Hosting child exploitation material or any other illegal content.

       
• Engaging in any activities that harm our network or the services of other customers.

   

2. Domain Registration and Use Policies

       
• Domains registered through our services must not be used for illegal activities, spam, phishing, or distributing malware.

       
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any domain found in violation of this policy without prior notice.

       
• Domain renewals must be completed before the expiration date to avoid service interruptions. Failure to renew may result in the domain being released back to the registry.

   

3. Security Violations

       
• Unauthorized access to our network or servers is strictly prohibited.

       
• Use of our services to attempt to disrupt, compromise, or gain unauthorized access to third-party networks or services is not allowed.

   

4. Suspension and Termination

       
• Accounts found in violation of this AUP will be subject to immediate suspension or termination.

       
• If any prohibited activities are detected, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the offending account(s) or domain(s) without notice.

       
• Renewal notices will be sent prior to the renewal date. Failure to make the renewal payment within the specified period may result in the suspension or termination of the services.

   

5. Account Ownership and Credential Sharing

       
• Ownership changes and requests for credential updates are only accepted from the current account owner.

       
• Requests must be made via email, support ticket, or through our verified WhatsApp channel after 100% verification of ownership.

       
• Sharing account credentials with unauthorized persons is prohibited and may result in suspension of services.

   

6. Resource Usage Policy

       
• You must not use excessive server resources that can impact the stability or performance of the server for other users.

       
• Abuse of system resources may lead to service suspension or termination.

   

7. IP Address Usage

       
• Customers are required to use any IP addresses assigned to them in compliance with all applicable laws and our policies.

       
• Misuse of IP addresses for illegal activities may lead to service termination.

   

8. Email Usage Policy

       
• Use of our email services to send spam or unsolicited messages is strictly prohibited.

       
• Any accounts found to be involved in sending spam will be immediately suspended or terminated.

   

9. Data Backup and Restoration

       
• It is the customer's responsibility to maintain backup copies of their data.

       
• We are not responsible for any loss of data due to account suspension, termination, or other disruptions.

   

10. Legal Compliance

       
• Customers must comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

       
• We reserve the right to cooperate with legal authorities in the investigation of any suspected criminal or civil violations.

   

11. Domain Ownership and Transfer Policy

       
• Domains can only be transferred or ownership changed by the current owner after proper verification.

       
• Requests for domain transfer or ownership changes must be submitted via email, support ticket, or verified WhatsApp channel and will be processed only after 100% verification of ownership.

       
• We do not permit credential sharing without proper authorization from the current domain owner.

   

12. Amendments to the AUP

       
• We reserve the right to modify this AUP at any time without prior notice.

       
• Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any changes to this policy.

   

Enforcement and Reporting

Any violation of this AUP should be reported to our support team immediately. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of services without prior notice.

By using our hosting services, including VPS, dedicated servers, shared hosting, email, and domain registration services, you agree to comply with the terms outlined in this Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). Failure to comply may result in the suspension or termination of your account or domain.
